Delivery and return policy

  • Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).


  • Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.


  • How long will my order take to arrive?

SPAIN: deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: deliveries take 10 to 12 working days.


  • How much do I pay for delivery service?

All deliveries are free.


  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact with our sales service:




  • Customised product or product that has been damaged/abused may not be returned under any circumstances. 
  • For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will provide you a refund based on your original method of payment.
  • The product must be returned to us within 15 calendar. 
  • All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Proof of purchase must be included.
  • We are unable to exchange your returns for alternative colors or sizes. Please place a new order and return your unwanted purchase for credit.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Once your return is received and verified, we will credit your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) usually within 20 business days of receipt.
  • Items delivered from an Authorized PEGASO retailer must be returned to the place of deliver.
